It began with Anita's passion for people, food and making everyone feel welcome.

We opened Anita's Kitchen in 2023 and created everything from the ground up—the café, the brand and a menu full of the food we genuinely wanted to serve.

Today, Anita and the Anita's Kitchen family still work the same way: together, hands-on and always with time for the people who come through the door.

How it started

From an empty space to a café shaped by its customers.

At the beginning there were bare walls, boxes and a big idea. We planned the kitchen, fitted out the café and built our first menu one dish at a time.

Opening the doors was only the start. We have kept listening, learning and changing as the café has grown—because the people who eat with us help make Anita's Kitchen what it is.

So we did. It is a simple example of how customer ideas become part of our menu.
